Seems like a long time that I didn’t have the chance or mood to update my blog. The previous post was on August and now is November, that remind me again “Time Pass So Fast”. These few months are a turning turn to me, I had changed a whole new life, from Seria to Bandar and from Bandar to Seria,

By the way, at the short period of time, I won’t do any short film or clip because my current job is not require me to do so, but I still working on the script that I had started on September 2010 “The Conscience”. Now, I have more concentration on my script and my current job, hopefully will finish the script by somewhere 2011. I think I need to spend more time to complete the script.

Lastly, there are 2 videos that I embbed below is my recent work in 2010, the first one is my older brother, “Michael Chong and Michelle Chen” wedding clip that I had kept pending on it almost 2 years, I am really sorry with that. My new script concept (might not be the final title)

Today, I met my friend after work and talked a lot of things about life, dreams, health, and lifestyle and so on. He told me a lot of things that how he went through all the stages of success and failure. I am glad that someone likes him who is not really close with me and share a lot of up and down with me. I started to like to talk to someone that I don’t really know more about them because everyone of them have their stories behind to share and you never know you can find something very interested to put on my new script. That’s how I get motivation to work to move on.

Yes, today topic is my new script again. Recently, I am still brain storming my new script, I find it hard to write and struggle a lot at the middle of the script. This time the script is different because this is far away that I had ever experience before and it is far away of my age can understand. Well, I am not saying the storyline is good, it is really different from my personality and background that I can really understand. Lately, I have been talked about my script with my friends and try to understand what their comment about my new script. I did a lot of observation of others people and do some mind game with them. For example, what if a person putted into this situation what would he or she could do. There’s always had an alternate answer for me, and that’s how I could analyze and have my own conclusion.

Well, nothing much here, I feel like writing a post to release my stress from work and my script because I am stuck with my script again and I don’t even started to write a single scene yet but I do some infographic, background, characterizing, structuring, scenes liking and plotting. I hope I can finish my story structure soon and I can start writing and finish by this year. About 4 months to complete the script, I hope I can do it.

Anyway, I should have more rest from now on because I can’t think of any better ideas to continue my script these few days. I need to rest now. See you when I see you again :)

New Direction and Recommend Latest Hollywood Movie

First of all, nothing to do with the photo because it's look too bore or blank if I don't upload any image o these post. Anyway, these photo taken by last year December, when I was in Bangkok having breakfast at the hotel restaurant :)

I was wonder writing a good script like “The Dark Knight”, how many days or weeks or months they need to spend? Probably they need a year to write a good script. After the “Chloe” movie, I was looking for a new script and new thing to express it, over the past half year, I had gone through several topics of story. There are comedy, romance and drama genre that I had ever think about it for a month, but due to some factors I don’t think these kind of genre of story will make my story unique enough if I manage to film another movie, maybe need some time to think about it and have more ideas to sharpen the script. Some more I found that, it doesn’t send any good message and good twist of the story at the moment. That really makes me really lost for looking a good script.

After several months, I found something really interesting to express it on screen and it really motivates me to write the story. Writing a good story is just like a jigsaw puzzle, firstly you need to know, what is your direction of the script. Secondly, you need a strong backline story to support your idea that you want to express. Thirdly, you need to keep the tone constantly, not too over and too flat. Fourthly, you need to make the story flow excited and watch able. Lastly, you need to be a lot of creative, grand, realism and idealism scenes to convince your audiences.

Recently, I have been structuring my story with characters and some part of the scenes that I have in mind. Now, I need someone who can help me to write the script and screenplay with me. I am looking for someone young writer age 17 and above to help me up with those creative mind and good English.

Well, casting with Elle Fanning make me want to watch the movie so bad. Elle Fanning is a younger sister of Dakota Fanning and yes, they both are talents. The main reason I want to watch these movie is, because the directed Sofia Coppola. Sofia Coppola previous work “Lost In Transition” at 2003 did pretty well in worldwide gross. It just 4 million production budget and earned $119,723,856 worldwide gross, that’s pretty amazing figure. By looking at the trailer, “Somewhere” will do good in box office. Well, let hope the movie is good. I still like they portrait the father and a daughter relationship. Watch it before and after Christmas, 22nd December 2010

I used to be a hardcore fan of FINAL FANTASY SERIES before, not because of gameplay is excellent of course, it's because of the characters are so realistic and also the beautiful scenery and the world of fantasy that SQUARE-ENIX had created. When I first saw the FF8 intro at PS1, I was deeply fall in love with it and also my first rpg game and my last rpg ever, lol.

Well, why am I writing this? I guess I am once again hit by the graphics of the latest FINAL FANTASY XIII. Few days ago, I went to youtube to search for some video, accidentally I find this FINAL FANTASY XIII video. There's a scene of "Lightning" smile when she saw her sister (serah) and the kid walking toward to them. "Lightning" smile with them, don't know why, the scene really hit me so much. Unfortunately, according to my research the video is opposite side from left to right. I guess it's because of the converting matter went wrong when HD(bluray) to standard resolution(avi, mpeg or etc) and the colour it's kind of lost it too. That's why I try to recorrect or modified or editing into rich colour of image, because of, I like rich colour scene.

Yea of course, the cosplay of the photo from the internet of Rikku, I found it a bit sad because of the colour wasn't that perfect too. I think this cosplay is almost close to the FFX character of Rikku so much and I just want to try, can I edited more better than the original one. Well, the original photo is good enough and the angle and post, I really have no comment on it, it's just the colour it's not that rich.

Anyway, I guess I didn't been update my blog recently, well, I think I will not update frequently until I got the mood to write. See you when I see you again :)

I would like to thanks people who involved into this project of "Chloe" Jason Koh a music composer, Michelle Wong Ai Chia a co-writer and editor and Lawrence Loke a poster designer. Emily Wee, Sia Kok How, CCMS's Principal, Shy Raini, the General Manager of Riviera Cafe and Tessa from management of OGDC helping up the production and allowed us to shoot the film on several places. Of course not to forget all the casts and crews member who put their effort and time into the project. Hi all, Chloe will be release or uploaded at youtube and facebook on 24th December 2009. We will make an announcement on our casts and crews member blog, which is stated at below or our Chloe fanpage at facebook. Due to Brunei internet connection speed, we can't upload such as 200MB file just for 10mins clip to youtube. That's why, we might upload the movie in low quality, which is just 90MB for 10 mins clip.

DVD Release
DVD will only release, when there's a demand, so there’s a possibilities it will not have DVD circulation in Brunei as well. Hopefully, you guys will understand. For casts and crews member I will try to get everyone of you a copy but you will only get the DVD copy after 2009 :p

Well, thanks for all my friends showing their supports to my debut film "Chloe" at OGDC on 28th November 2009. I enjoyed the night, which was having fun and seeing those friends that I seldom meet as well. Hi guys, want to introduce one of the local composer, Jason Koh had involved our production work. He composed two of his music, which I decided to use it and added into the movie. Anyway, I am glad that to meet a talented people like Jason who willing to involve the production work and it’s my pleasure to use his music. The music is nice which runs into the first two music of the movie. Well, check it out when its release.

There’s a friend of mine, who express that he is interested to producing a next project. Although, there’s no plan to produce another video at the moment but I am glad that, there’s someone show an interest on filmmaking. Anyway, I am still looking for more financial backup and more talented people to involve for my next project. Let’s destiny decide my next project.

We will be going to decorate the OGDC lobby theatre on 28th November at 1pm to 3pm, if anyone of you wants to be a volunteer to help us up for the decoration, please just come on that time, we will be around.

Well, guess not a long way to go for the screening. It’s seems like a long time that I didn’t meet up all of the casts and crews member after the “Chloe” shooting. I am excited to meet them up on that night. If anyone of you are reading this, please make your time to come on the screening night, we can have a long chat before and after the movie show.

Here's Come To The End of The Production/Shooting of "Chloe"

Chloe 杀青 on 27th September 2009

It’s takes almost a year to do the shooting, due to the all part-timer cast and crew members, that we only shoot at weekends and public holidays. Finally, here’s come to the end of the shooting for the movie of “Chloe”. The last day of the shooting, it's on 27th September 2009 at the house scene. There’s another café scene, which I wanted to shoot and around 5% to 10% scenes from the script I had cut it out, due to the tight schedule, we have no choice to meet the deadline of the screening on November. The editing it's 70% done and will be finish up soon and added the subtitle in. Hopefully won't take too much time to do Post Production work.

These recent weeks I was busy editing for the final cut version of “Chloe” and doing the credit for the cast and crew members. Well, I am very excited to see all the audiences’ response to the movie that I have invited. I guess this is the first batch of audiences that I can have their responses, later on I will keep track on the youtube and facebook viewers for the response of the movie.

For some of us cast and crew members (not more than 10 people), we will attend for the screen test within this Sunday or next Sunday to test the screen color and sound effect. After the screen test subtitle will be added for the final screening night.

> 28th November 2009 – “Special Screening Night”, all the cast and crew members and friends will be attend the Special Screening Night of “Chloe” at OGDC for longer version approximately less than 80 minutes)

> 24th December 2009 - “Chloe” release on Youtube & Facebook, these version might be shorten around 5 to 10 minutes cut off scene from the OGDC screening version.

> January 2010 – All the official images of “Chloe” will be release.

Well, I wish I can do another movie after “Chloe” however there are lacks of professional and specialist, sponsorships and financial backers and proper equipment. I think these factors may pull me back to stop thinking what’s next.

IF there’s a chance to let me do another movie, I would like to try a serious, realistic and dark tone of the storyline. Hope the next, it can be a real movie for profit and more commercial movie style. Dream on. Lol

Random Thought: Confused

I believe writing a deep sense of thought, you should have a miserable, depressing, pessimist and negative thought of mood to write.

In our life, things keep changing years to years. When you are get used to it to your daily or routine lifestyle, you wish everything will stay the same for years? for 5 years? for 10 years? or forever? However, things won’t happen what you had expected, and this is what you called life. Excited huh? Well, do you think something won’t change if some incidents happen to you? In fact, we are changing a lot in these recent years. We made mistake in the past and learn smart in the future. We tend to protect ourselves, not too easily to believe in what people had promise to you. This theory can be applied in most of the way in our life, such as in business world, in working environment, in friendship and even in relationship.

I believe when you are competing something, loser team will always gain more than what the winner team has gain. Loser team, learn how to improve, learn how to defeat them next time and learn how to accept or how to handle facing failure in life. Lau Ching-Wan, a HK actor always said failure is always around us, the mean while success, which is always not easy to reach. In other way of saying, you want to success on something, the first thing you have to get used to it how to facing failure.

Well, in real life how many people can handle so much failures in life? In order to protect yourself, never expecting on something happen and you will have no disappointment. Anyway, is that the right attitude for us to use it for our life? Although you know how to handle or facing the failure of the result, would it be success is not far away from us? Not exactly. It’s only mean that you are feeling numb of failure.

Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince

My Crap Introduction
I always like to watch the premiere show of the movie and this time of course “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” on 16th July 2009 premiere in Brunei. I always do my research of the movie on the Internet before entering the cinema because I don’t want to be unknowledgeable of the story, so I won’t get lost at the middle of the movie. I did read about the review of “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince”, surprisingly according to the wikipedia, “Rotten Tomatoes” a film review website said it’s the best Harry Potter part series of all. David Yates is the director of “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix” and “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince”. Well I was not really impressing by the last series of “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix”, to me it’s just another Harry Potter series but this Harry Potter series “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” had impressed me a lot. Yes, the wikipedia said it’s might be a best film of the year and I strongly agree with it. I hope “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” will do better in the box-office than the “Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen” and “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” it’s more worth to watching than “Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen”. Movie Review
“Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” is one of the movies, which strongly focusing in the storyline than any action sequel, if you guys think this movie will bring you more action to excitement, then you are wrong. The movie probably brings you into the magic world with the wizardary logic, to explain what had happen with the wizardary world. “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” give me a balance dark torn of the movie from the beginning till the end. Tom Felton has shown another side of him as Draco Malfoy, showing Draco Malfoy are more frustrated, sad, lonely and anger in this “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” and he has involve more scenes in this series compare to others. Well, I would like to say Tom Felton has a potential in acting he is quite emotional in this series of Harry Potter movie. Daniel Radcliff has improved in his acting in this series, Harry Potter shows his sad emotion and unbearable expression that he couldn’t do anything when something. In the previous part of Harry Potter, he shows a lot of anger in the movie, which is not that good, however I think Daniel Radcliff is more mature to express the feeling out of his character of Harry Potter. Emma Watson continues the role of Hermione Granger as a teenager life with a bit of jealousy of Ron Weasley and deeply developed friendship of Harry Potter. Some people commented this series of “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” has become a love story. Well, I disagree with it. Let me clarify myself, I have never read any Harry Potter book before so I always have no idea what’s the story about for next Harry Potter movie. In a way, I have not much expectation of the movie, I just take whatever the movie has given. Yea, I agree there are a lot of romance scenes in this series but it was quite enjoy and the humour developed in the romance scenes as well. I think this is quite normal for the Director David Yates to balance the movie of the dark tones and the humour. There’s one thing for sure, “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” has a mature humour or laughable scenes than the “Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen”. “Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen” the humour scenes look stupid, kid joke and ridiculous, which I think Director Michael Bay did it quite bad in balance the dark tone of the story and the humour, however Director David Yates balance it quite well.

As what I think, if a movie wanted the storyline to make it in dark tone then the movie should do it more serious and reality just like the movie of “The Dark Knight”. “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” has achieved the dark tone of the storyline and the humour is not that overly laugh. The ending of the “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” has bring the audiences mood down and make the audiences keep waiting for the next part of the movie. Rotten Tomatoes is a critic movie website has 86% high score on the “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” movie on 21st July 2009.

There’s some rumour about the Emma Watson, that she said she wasn’t really enjoy the filming of the Harry Potter series because she is getting bore of the role as Hermione Granger. Rumour said she actually wanted to reject the up coming of the last 2 installment of Harry Potter series however, the studio increase her salary $2 million pounds for the each film for the last 2 installment, which means she had signed the last two installment series for $4 million pounds. Wow, I wish to have that amount too. Anyway, I think Emma Watson did a great job in the Harry Potter series and I don’t want to see Hermione Granger replace by someone. Emma Watson said when people see her off the set, the first impression come naturally, Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter movie, I think this is the reason why she doesn’t like her role in Harry Potter series.

Talking about the box-office “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” has made it US$403,946,763 Worldwide which in 6 days. According to wikipedia, US$250 million had spent for the production of “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” and US$155 million had spent for the marketing of the movie. Overall they spent US$405 million for the movie and the studio earn back in 6 days time of the movie release and earn the profit in after the 6 day of the release. I hope “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” can make it billion dollars in worldwide and break the record of the Franchise of Harry Potter just like “The Dark Knight”.

Dream: Floating In The Sky

I used to have dream a lot, almost every night and I don’t know what does the dream tell. As usual, when I wake up and realize I am late, everything gone just like short-term memories lost. Can’t even remember what dream I had last night until when I settle down everything, the memories comes back for a while. Maybe you only can remember partly and partly you will never recall it. Dream is an unexplained and amazing thing. In another word, dream is always ridiculous, that’s why I like it so much because it’s the way you can escape from this cruel world and this reality society. Dream is the place where you can cry, where you can shout or scream at and where you can do those things that you can’t do in real life.

Well, last night it was a nice one, out of no way, I don’t know where is the place. I was at the large clear land with grass and tree, standing at the middle of the land. I don’t know how, I was flying on the top of the land to cross the Seria town and landed on the AAC school field. This is not the first time that I dreamed on that I could fly, let’s me explain the flying logic in my dream. Actually there is something like a glove or a cloth (can’t remember) on the hand that make me fly, it’s something like cloth tied on my hand and produce like a sound and you just swing your hand and your legs keep kicking the air like swimming in the air. The flying process is sweet, it’s not fast like a superman, it’s like you are floating in the air. I was like floating on the sky for several minutes with a girl seeing the scenery of the whole Seria town.

Well, People say sometimes dream is a hint, what will happen in the future, some experts say dream is just something that you are exhausting on your daily life while you are sleeping, the tiredness will release in your dream, that’s why.

My Intro Crap

Well, if you are not getting used to it with my crap you can skip this paragraph. I used to talk crap in my introduction. Recently, I was checking my Number of Hit daily, what surprise me is, I never expect there are 23.1 for Average Daily Hits Since Start. That’s why, I put the visit side bar to check how many people actually visit my blog. Well I don’t know it’s accurate or not but this is kind of more accurate than the Number of Hit. Its show yesterday I got 22 visitors. I always think, all these while whoever visits my blog it’s someone that I know. Well, if someone that I don’t know who are you, I would like to say hi to all of you.

K, back to the topic, “One Last Dance” is one of my favorite movie and my best movie of the Singapore Production in 2009. I watched this movie accidentally in Astro Celestial Channel. I am a fan of Francis Ng, “One Last Dance” is probably the best performance of Francis Ng ever. As you hardly see Francis Ng has a serious and outstanding character in his portfolio excluding “Infernal Affair 2”. Well, I agree with the HK entertainment news, that they always say Francis Ng is one of the best HK actors ever.

“One Last Dance” is one of the Singapore Production directed by Max Makowski. Max Makowski is Brazilian-born director and ever directed several Hollywood movies. His upcoming movie is “Voltron”, one of the famous animate in 70’s in Japan and will be release somewhere on June 2010. Click here is the portfolio of Max Makowski. Using US$ 2 million budget making the movie of “One Last Dance” is worth that what they are paying, at least they cast one of the best HK actors Francis Ng. Although the box-office are not doing well in Singapore which is $S 459, 000 gross but they entry several competition, there are;

• Cannes World Cinema Showcase. First Asian Country to be selected

According to the Studio Mediacorp Raintree, the Writer and Director of the movie Max Makowski said, “This is truly a great honor. I hope it will help turn more attention towards Singapore films. This has been a real blossoming year for the Singapore film industry. I am happy that One Last Dance is now contributing to this growth.”

What surprise me a lot in this “One Last Dance” movie?

The shooting and the editing are done in Singapore but the whole movie is speaking in Cantonese. Well, the result is good enough, I like their acting, and of course I am not only talking about Francis Ng is good in acting, I mean the rest of the actors and actresses did well in their part. The camera style is amazing and the editing style makes me stick on the chair until the end of the movie. You won’t understand if you don’t finish the movie and the story keep make you to think, what’s next? The story tells piece by piece, that’s why the poster slogan written “Every Piece Tells A Different Story”. As what I understand the style of editing, they try to tell you there are two different way of direction to tell the story, FABULOUS. Some of the scenes there are so artistic, God I wish I had that sense of art.

Joseph Quek is the first time acted in the movie as a role of “Ko”, one of the close friend of Francis Ng as “T”. His performance is good, I like the part when “T” uses his gun pointing at him and asking for explanation. Ko (Joseph Quek) when he explains the reason why, the acting is fantastic, no overacting at that scene. Well for the newcomer his acting skill is good enough, well maybe his scenes involve a lot of Francis Ng that push him beyond his limit.

Well, I am not going to tell you what’s the story about nor any review here because this is how you remind mystery of the movie. It’s a nice movie that you seldom see those Asian directors would do this type of action movie. I guess it’s kinda hard to find the DVD, because it’s not a famous movie throughout Asian but it’s a quality movie that we should appreciate. I always have a thought, that commercial success movie it’s what people like but people don’t actually appreciate or respect much. However if there’s a movie like “One Last Stand”, which is not doing well in the box-office but their work would be more appreciate and respect by the audiences who like the film. I would like to say it’s hard to make a commercial film with unique style to make audiences to accept the movie. Maybe not in Asian countries but US has a large wide audiences, which they would accept the unique style of movie and they would appreciate more than Asian people.

When you watching a romance love story movie, everything seems like sweet, perfect match, good timing and so on. However, when it’s comes to real life, things doesn’t happen that perfect.

For Example, in the movie the guy confess his love to the girl and at that time the girl is really fall in love with him, good timing. In real life, the guy confesses to the girl it’s because he is desperate looking for a partner, in other way of saying this, who ever girls approach him, he would give it a try. If the girl accepts the guy doesn’t mean the girl fall in love with the guy, or maybe they are being single for quite sometime or maybe the guy is rich. Many factors could happen to make a girl to consider a guy as her boyfriend. It’s not really like a romance love story movie that we normally watch. In our teens life’s I believe we learn a lot of things from the drama TV series or movie that we watched. Whatever the story goes, we would partly believe it’s true and partly hoping that it’s gonna be happen in our real life because movie always has a very nice screenplay to touch audiences heart and really hoping he or she is one of them.

Well, I always have a love story to tell and wanted to write it into script, but I never did in the past. Don’t know if I will do it in future or not? Let’s mention a bit of the story here, I just wanted to reflect some of my perception of love between the Fairy Tale and Reality. The story is about a girl who is materialistic and has a rich boyfriend but she had never being truly loved by or loved her boyfriend at all. However, the girl finally meets someone that she is truly felt that, she is being loved or she has loved someone but the guy is just a normal in wealth. Between Love and Wealthy, she has struggle a lot for herself and started to understand how the things work together. I guess this is quite normal topic that in our real life has always discussed with. Well, I would like to say it’s an egg and chicken argument, but I believe most of the girls would prefer wealthy. No offense and I never blame a girl who has chooses her wealthy than her happiness.

HK Movie On The Run

"The Sniper" is one of the long await movie of Edison Chen. As I said in my previous post this movie are supposedly releases on June 2008 and push back to release 9th April 2009. By seeing through the trailer it’s look nice to the movie, but I don’t think you can watch it in Brunei because of different type of market. Bruneians probably won’t go for a HK movies with no superstar like Andy Lau. I guess DVD will be nice enough to watch. Can’t wait to watch “The Sniper”. Anyway, “The Sniper” is not going to be release on mainland China. Again because of China government doesn’t want Edison Chen appear on their big screen and that’s confirmed already. Click here

“Shinjuku Incident” is one of the Derek Yee masterpiece. This movie was start shooting on November 2007 and going to release on 2nd April 2009. Again, this movie has been banned by China due to the violence scenes in the movie. Derek Yee and the producer of the film ever think about to re-edit the movie for the clean version and make it release in the mainland China. However, Derek Yee said if cut out the violence of the scene, it will affect the film quality, that’s why the movie will not release in China. “Shinjuku Incident” is one of the different roles that Jackie Chan has played, he is not a hero in the movie Anyway, I don’t think Brunei will show this movie. Maybe it’s too violence for Brunei audience.

Brunei people prefer to watch horror movies and Hollywood movies than HK movies. That’s why I had missed all my favorites HK movies show in the cinema.

Edison Chen: Talk of The Month (March)

I like Edison Chen in the movie of “Initial D”, he acted well in the movie. I guess somehow and someday I will do a review of “Initial D” movie and share my opinion post here.

Talking about Edison Chen, I think everyone knows what happen to him last year. I am not going to stand to neither side of Edison Chen nor the victims of the celebrities’ ladies that involve in the nude photos. I just want to analyses or share some of my thought that we should learn something from this incident and share some of the news that maybe you people doesn’t know about it yet.

Back to a year 2008, January 27th, the first nude photos of Edison Chen and Gillian Chung had exposure to the public. The incident shock the Chinese speaking world and it did affect the celebrities who involved in the nude photos. Edison Chen has a new movie called “Sniper” was going to release at theaters on May 2008, unfortunately the movie haven’t show after a year the incident has broke out. Edison Chen is the main role in the movie of “Sniper” that why without him the movie has no storyline at all. I guess the director and producers are very headache how to re-edit the movie and repackaging the product before release into the market because China government would not like to see Edison Chen on their big screen. If the film “Sniper” can’t release on China, that’s meant the movie it has the possibility making a lost profit and this haven’t include in other Asia territories as well. Who want to see Edison Chen on screen as well? A handsome guy who looks cool with the sniper and probably seeing him on screen an hour long without thinking what he did with the nude photos? I am not saying I blame Edison Chen, I am just saying something that majority people who would think of and possibility would happened if the movie of “Sniper” release right now.

The movie “Jump” also being affected by Edison Chen as well, directed by Stephen Fung and written and produces by Stephen Chow. “Jump” supposedly release on theaters somewhere on May or June 2008. Again it was on hold until today, the film hasn’t release yet. Heard that Edison Chen hadn’t completed his scenes but he had completely cut off all of his scenes in the movie and replace by someone. Stephen Fung has to re-shoot the scenes that all involved Edison Chen even thought he insisted Edison Chen to stay in the movie. Stephen Chow held a meeting to discuss about Edison Chen whether he should stay in the movie or not, at the end, still profit come to the first place and sorry to Edison Chen again. Edison Chen has a small role in the movie of “The Dark Knight”, I would like to say, IF the incident didn’t broke out, Edison Chen would possibly has another step toward to Hollywood of his career. Anyway, at the end “The Dark Knight” has cut out Edison Chen from around 2 minutes scenes into maybe 5 to 10 seconds scenes. Even the big budget movie like Hollywood “The Dark Knight” didn’t want to risk their film profit into the maximum profit, so what do you expect to those HK film industry want to risk their investment as well? It’s a human nature when come to profit, business and money; I wouldn’t want my movie being bully as well.

On March 6th, 2009 Cecilia Cheung broke her silence after a year the nude photos incident had happened. She accepted an interview from TV on iCable on February 27th, 2009 and broadcasted on March 6th, 2009 because of Edison Chen appeared to the public and he was on the TV again on February 23rd, 2009. He talked something about the nude photos incident after he had completely giving statement to cooperate to the nude photos incident on Canada court.

Ok, something that I want to share with you guys that I have learns something from this incident. After the nude photos incident had broke out Edison Chen, Gillian Chung, Bobo Chan and Cecilia Cheung had the largest drop of their careers. Their movies had been cut off, the billboard and the advertisement had been pull down and the endless jobs had been cancelled. It’s the biggest lost for all of them who involved in the nude photos. However, Edison Chen still survive without his showbiz career, he invested in fashion and multimedia company and made himself as CEO of CLOT in February 2007.

At this point, always remember to yourself when you have extra money, do not use all your extra money to buy expensive stuff that you really can’t afford. Investment is a good idea for us to earn more extra money rather than you just earn a basic salary. Look at Edison Chen, he destroyed his career and those who involved in nude photos careers and he’s still earning money by his CLOT Fashion Cloth Company and his multimedia company. Gillian Chung said during the interview of “Be my Guest” at TVB and broadcasted on Match 5th, 2009, she had no paid for her salary since the nude photos had broke out. That’s why I am saying this, Edison Chen is a smart guy, and he understand, in order to spend more money, you have to earn extra more money to spend instead of just spend all your income and depended your income on your current job. This is what I have learn, imagine, if one day I have been terminated by the company I have no income to pay for my current loan and daily expenses. What a risk for all of us right? I am always looking a way to end my employee’s life because I always think being an employee’s life you will never know when you will have terminated by the company.

Edison Chen has other option to earn money besides being an artist, however Gillian Chung is not that lucky as she is. According to the interview Gillian Chung even said, if she quit the showbiz career she has no other option to earn money. What a pity right? Anyway, I don’t think so, there’s something behind. According to lovehkfilm.com even mentions it, because of Cecilia Chung broke the silence and talked about the nude photos incident and received positive review to the public, whereas Gillian Chung’s manager took the idea and do the same thing like Cecilia Cheung had done. It doesn’t work on Gillian Chung, people still commented that she is still being fake of all. Well for me, I don’t think I have been touched by the two actresses being interview, because they are ACTRESSES, you never know they are acing or not and the reason behind. For my personal view of Gillian Chung, it’s not because she has no other option to earn money besides being an artist. It’s someone control her willingness not to leave the showbiz career, Imagine if you invest a million dollars on a person and suddenly break off your business and you haven’t make enough profit on it, so why should you just stop like that. The entertainment industry is darker than us to imagine, you can’t talk whatever you like and a lot of things you are order to do so without your willingness. What to do, this is how the celebrities earn money being fake all the times. Never raise your kids to an artist, invest them to have a degree certificate. Believe me, being a celebrity means you have no freedom at all. It’s not worth it, unless you think its worth.

"Chloe" Update: Second Session of Shooting

Oh my gosh, I miss the time that we were at Riviera Cafe shooting the scene. It was fun for everyone to meet new friends there. Time passed so fast, and I haven't completed the shooting. Must be completed by this year. Otherwise I wasted all the hard work of the cast and crew members. Be patient guys.

For "Chloe" cast and crew members, we will continue shooting the indoor scenes at Sungai Liang on 5th April 2009. Ponnie Tung has agree to take the role of Chloe's mother as Sze Ting. At the moment, I am still preparing the props and arranging the schedule. Will give you guys a call or text, once I have confirm the time on 5th April 2009.

My First Personal Post

Suddenly got a lot of things on my mind to post on my blog, however last 2 weeks I was really busy with certain things, that’s why I has no time to write some of the post.

Last several weeks, it’s was 21st February 2009, I was having steamboat at my friend house, Kelly. I met Nonnie at Kelly’s house, the “Spiritual Garden” blogger, she complained me, why my blog are flooded with “Chloe” posts. Lol. She asked me, why didn’t I write something about myself. Honestly my readers are my friends and most of them are “Chloe” cast and crew members, what’s the point I write about myself right? I have nothing special to write. Ok, I think I did mention it to my blog, I will not make any post about “Chloe”, for images nor any announcement until the first session of shooting has complete.

Anyway, this post it’s fulfilled with Nonnie request. These are the posts that I had in my mind and some I haven’t start writing it yet and these are the posts, which is not, related “Chloe” too.

• Wanna write a post about Edison Chen, (it’s a sensitive issue) still considering.
• Wanna write another post of Seria-KB Slang Mandarin. To relate more information and history to the post.
• Wanna post my previous personal design, edited images and touch-up images
• Wanna post my favorite research assignment of “Qin Shi HuangDi” during my Uni time. (I guess no one have an interested on this post)

• Should I write or announce something about “Chloe”? Definitely no, Nonnie will not waste her time to read. Lol.

Anyone feel free to give me suggestion, which post should I do it first?

Let me talk about something here, I remembered I ever told my friend's Lawrence, if it happen to be “Transformer 2: Revenge of the Fallen”, I believe there will be a robot emerges to become more bigger and powerful robot. Yes, it's include in the "Transformer 2" movie, there’s an emerge robots called Devastator, a robot from Decepticons. Devastator had appeared in the first film of the Transformer, according to the wikipedia Devastator was mistakenly name in the first film, he was a tank but in the second film Devastator is emerge of 6 Decepticons robots to become 100 to 120 feet tall robot, it’s the four time larger than other robot. Sound cool right.

Scorponok is my favorite robot among in Decepticons and I ever told Lawrence hopefully it will talk more about "Scorponok" on the second film. In the first film of the "Transfomer" Scorponok appear twice in the movie. The first time he was with the Blackout whereas Decepticons had attack the US base in Qatar. The second time he was appeared at the desert in Qatar and finally he escaped. This is not end of the story of Scorponok, he could be more in Japanese animate and he is the one of the strongest robots in Decepticons according to the Japanese animate of “Transformers: Super-God Masterforce“ that I had watched. Yes, “Transformer 2” has offered my favorite "Decepticons" robots Scorponok in the movie. They are going deeper on the topic of Transformer Mythology and Decepticons story.

According to wikipedia, Michael Bay, the director want to please the fans to making it more darker and put more humors in the storyline to balance the plot. I always admire Hollywood script; they really can do their personal style and combine with the commercial style to make it the largest profitable in worldwide, which is in Asia, they are still learning how to marketing a film.

Six-changer or Sixknight in the Japanese animate of “Transformers: Super-God Masterforce“

That I was thinking Six-changer is an interested to include in the film that I would also think if the “Transformer 2” has offer this character. Too bad, it’s didn’t include in the second film but surprisingly according today (20th February 2009) wikipedia of “Transformer 2” Michael Bay, his co-writer said if there will be the third film of “Transformer” they will include the Triplet changer. Wow, that’s what I had already think about it, too bad I am not employ for the transformer script, if I did the script, sure won’t let you guys disappointed. Anyway, the six-changer which they called Sixknight which he can be transforms in six objects such as; Drill Tank, Jet, Puma, Assault Gun, Sea Skimmer and robots I guess. However, six-changer only appear on the Japanese animate of “Transformers: Super-God Masterforce“ which is not that popular robots in the Transformer series, that’s why people tend to forget the six-changer but hopefully Michael Bay bring the triplet-changer into the third film of “Transformer”, believe me it’s going to look cool and rock in the movie. Michael Bay please bring siknight instead of Triplet changer

Read an interview about Michael Bay click here, how he did for the transformer movie. I really hope James Wong director, who directed Drangonball movie learn something from Michael Bay. Michael Bay ever do a research for what fans want in Transformer in the movie and listen to fans on internet. James Wong should put more Dragonball characters into his movie or at least show super saiyen, fans won't buy a ticket into the cinema to watch something is not expected.

Well, i saw this from youtube.com. It's a new trailer of "Dragon Ball Z: Evolution" movie, people keep scolding and blaming on Hollywood, why ruin Dragonball Z and make those kind of shit? Well, this time I am different, it's not what I expect of "Dragon Ball Z: Evolution" movie, but i will still go to cinema and watch it. Hopefully, come out not that bad. But this trailer it's better compare with the previous one.

Anyway, I am writing a post of "Transformer 2: Revenge of the Fallen" will be post on soon. Hey guys in youtube.com who made negative review of the trailer forget about "Dragon Ball Z: Evolution" movie and look forward of "Transformer 2: Revenge of the Fallen", you will never disappoint by Michael Bay.

I know it's too late to greet everyone "Gong Xi Fatt Cai" but i feel to greet everyone that I know. Between the photo above is one of the scene of "Chloe" and i started to like the movie aspect ratio 2.35:1, which is most of the movie using this format.

I really enjoy my CNY holiday, kinda tired but of course not to forget my short film project "Chloe". The last school scenes will be on the 8th February 2009 and will start on the second session of shooting maybe a month later, no idea yet. Hopefully will finish shooting this year, probably yes and broadcast this year too but nothing has confirm yet. Anyway, this is just a breaktime post. Enjoy your CNY Holiday.

Dragonball Z The Movie Post #3

Guys, this is not "Dragonball Z" the movie coming up on March. Guess what, this is an artwork that I designed for fun. Of course some of the artwork I had accidentally finds it from internet.

Ok, those images shows how I edited Siung photos into Super Seiya in Dragonball Z. Let me do some intro about Siung. Siung is one of the crew of “Chloe” whenever we are free, he will post something or modeling which Nick and Jayden will snapshot his photos. I guess he is quite hot in Nick’s blog and Jayden's blog. This time is mine turn to make him hot into my blog however, when I posted “Miang, Gong Xi Fa Cai” picture for my last post, he got the good response. I guess Miang, you are happy for that, right. So let see whether Siung will get the good response or not?

Back to the topic, I said I have accidentally finds these images from internet. Surprisingly, these 3 images are not from the up coming movie of "Dragonball Z" which directed by James Wong and produced by Stephen Chow. I guess this is just a FAN WORK for the Dragonball Z. Look at it; this is much much more better than the up coming movie of "Dragonball Z". What’s happen with Hollywood nowadays, even the FAN WORK that I had impressed more than the “Movie”? Is that you called US$100 million plus budget movie? Please do show us Super Seiya, Cell, Vegeta, Son Gohan and Trunk. Sadly, nope of them has been shown in the up coming movie of "Dragonball Z".

Again, "Dragonball Z" the movie what's so interesting about this movie? Why i ever care about this movie? I had ever posted "Dragonball Z" the movie whenever i got the news or sources from somewhere. These are the previous here and here.

Emmm, i guess i am a big fans of Dragonball Z. It's really destroy my childhood memories. Well, honestly i will still watch this movie but no high expectation. Anyway, i understand a movie have to achieve on their goal, especially like box office movie, that's why they make it more commercial like, the fighting scene, action scene and even romance scene. Why i dislike the trailer? It's because the trailer it's too Hollywood style. What do you mean too Hollywood style? It's mean you always can predict, what will happen next and even the ending part. For example; Ironman, Spiderman, Transfomer, XXX II, Mummy Series and Tokyo Drift. You can see the heroes always get a woman in the end. TOO HOLLYWOOD. That's why i prefer HK movie, the style is really different.

I guess I am not going to blog about "Chloe" until the first session of shooting has complete because recently really busy editing the "Chloe", a lot of the small detail shot i need to do it again and remind myself what i going to express for the shot and all those. and I am searching suitable music soundtrack and songs to edit.

On the 28th and 29th December 2008, we were shooting of "Chloe" Day 5 & 6. I would like to use this opportunity to Thanks You to Emily, you did a great job and I can see that you are very passionate for acting and once again you had improved your acting. I am very impress by you. Of course for all the casts and crews, thanks for the support. We will do it again this sunday, will contact you guys again.

Seria-KB Slang (Mandarin)

Just finish reading Nonnie's blog at the post of "Speak my language", i found that post is so funny, actually i wanted to reply her at the comment box but this is too long for me to write so I decided to write it to my own post. Sorry again to copy the title and update and gather more information of Nonnie's post. I guess i did that before to Minna also. Please don't sue me, next time I will ask you guys permission before I post. Anyway, I better make the entire links, who has ever posted similarity issue of the Seria-KB slang (mandarin).

Yes I guess there's an issue about the standard way to speak mandarin and the un-standard way to speak mandarin. Let’s talk about between Seria-KB slang (mandarin) and Bandar mandarin. There’s a lot of the Seria-KB slang that we always use daily however not all the slang we know the meaning but we ONLY know how to use and when to use, I am wonder where’s the slang comes from originally. Let me do some analysis and meaning here, please correct me if I am wrong.

"Nap Four" - Hot Babes [Unknown]
"Kick Four" - Sexy Babes [Unknowhttp://www.blogger.com/img/blank.gifn]
"Lui" - Careless, look nerd, stupid or idiot [Unknown]
"Hen" - Strength, Powerful [Hakka]
"Sat"(杀) - Cool [Unknown], (Kill) I guess so
"Teng" – emmm, don't know how to explain here, but people usually use it like that. Wa, you so "Teng" ahh yam cha at here or waaa "Teng" ohhh working with Shell. (So what's that mean?) [Mandarin], (Stable)
"Soy" - You are so mean [Cantonese], (Bad)
"Sien" - Bore [Mandarin, but modified meaning] (Salty)
"Nung" - Blur, Deep in thinking [Hakka & Cantonese, but modified meaning], (Think) according to Nonnie’s blog from the c box. i think i just copy and paste it here, so everyone will see.

The Trendy Seria-KB Slang

The latest trend of Seria-KB Slang is "他们讲". By right we called it "听说". Thanks again of the HK series and movie influence Seria-KB people the most, that's why people started to use these words "他们讲" to express their gossip and rumour, which people can play safe as what they say, because people will know "他们讲" mean is not a fact, it's just gossip and rumour. Safe huh.

"Kek Dao" wohoooo. I guess this is quite popular to the youngster or teenagers nowadays in Seria-KB people because I always see my friends say "Kek Dao" and also popular in MSN too. "Kek Dao" mean "fainted", "气到我啊° = gek dao wo ah", "Zha Dao" or "Heart Attack" if I am not mistaken and please correct me I am wrong. "Kek Dao" originally come from Hakka, I guess we always heard from our parents said "Kit Si Ain Ah". Oh, make it clear here, in Belait District mostly Chinese people are "Hakka" and Cantonese that's why we are influence by those slang.

"Nung" is popular Seria-KB Slang in facebook too. You can always see people comment something and use "Nung". Let's me explain more detail here. "Nung" usually people use it for face expression, when you are deep in thinking something or talking something deep, people will say “you are so "Nung" la”, so familiar? "Nung" is not a compliment word, so DO NOT feels proud or act proud of it and DO NOT get the wrong meaning, it's a sarcastic word. "Nung" can be use as blur in face expression or just "blur" meaning.

Logic or Unlogic Stories?
Seria-KB Slang is fully mix of Mandarin, Hakka and Cantonese. One of my KL’s friend told me, people in KL use "Four" and "Lui" as a same meaning as Seria-KB slang too. I guess our slang it's mix with KL too. If I am not mistaken "Sien" and “Sat” is come from Seria-KB slang and become more popular in whole Brunei.

Ok guys, want to share some thought here. This is not a fact it’s just something to do with logical thinking. As I know most of the Chinese in Belait District, their Ancestors were come from China and I GUESS, it’s from the same province or villages, that’s why there are mostly “Hakka”. I HEARD some eldest had told me, “Hakka” Chinese mostly develop in GuangZhou Province in China which also content mostly “Cantonese” people too. OK, HERE IS THE JOKE. Again this is not a fact, treat it’s as joke if you don’t agree with me. That’s why, you can see “Hakka” people in Seria-KB can speak “Cantonese” or some of them even can’t speak “Cantonese” but they can listen Cantonese as well because this is something to do with the origin, where our ancestors had come from.

Hong Konger find hard to communicate Chinese people in Bandar because mostly they are “Hokkien”, unless they use English and Mandarin to communicate or either one of them know each other language. In Seria-KB, Hong Kongers not need to headache how to communicate with Chinese people because mostly Chinese people can speak or listen Cantonese.

Conclusion:
Yes, I know speaking of Seria-KB Mandarin is not a standard enough to talk to and always lead Chinese Bandar-ians misunderstanding our meaning and we always get corrected or lecture by them. Ok, I know this is not the correct way to speak but this is how we grew up right? In Seria-KB, people use to speak Seria-KB Slang daily and this is very normal here. I would like to say this is different culture and different environment influence us different. I feel proud of it, that I can speak Seria-KB Slang as well.

"Pulitzer Prize" winning photo by Kevin Carter

Taken during 1994 during Sudan famine. Picture depicts a famine striken child crawling towards United Nations food camp, located 1 kilometer away.

The vulture is waiting for the child to die so it can eat him. The picture shocked the world. No one knows what happened to the child as well as the photographer who left the place as soon as the photograph was taken.

Three months later, the photographer committed suicide due to depression.

This was found in his diary,

Dear God, I promise I will never waste my food no matter how bad it can taste and how full I may be. I pray that He will protect this little boy, guide and deliver him away from his misery. I pray that we will be more sensitive towards the world around us and not be blinded by our own selfish nature and interests. I hope this picture will always serve as a reminder to us that how fortunate we are and that we must never ever take things for granted.

The Movie "Blood Diamond"

After reading this, i know i was definitely right, whenever i can't finish my food i kept reminding myself the African suffer starvation to died and i even tell my house mate about the African starvation. I started to know more about Africa after watching "Blood Diamond" starring Leonardo Dicaprio. After watching "Blood Diamond" i was wonder it's that really happen in Africa? Again, thanks to nowadays modern technology i always can find the truth from internet especially wikipedia provide trustful and accurate sources. Sometimes movie it's a really good education tools, it's help me to gain knowledge and also documentary from "Discovery Channel".

k, I want to share my knowledge here that i know about Africa. Do you guys know "Child Soldiers"? Yes, exactly the real thing happen in the movie "Blood Diamond", RUF killed the villagers and keep their children and train them as a soldiers and brain wash them to loyal their Army Forces. This is cruel to the children to do this. Unfortunately, until nowadays child soldiers are still in a large number in African, there are around 20,000 child soldiers in Africa. Africa is a poor countries and people in Africa they used to fight for the natural resources like crude oil, ivory and diamond which broke out the civil war in Africa.

My conclusion is do not waste the food that we have. I am hereby trying to pray all the people who suffering in the world especially in Africa. Believe me, if you are reading it now, you are consider one of the luckily person in the world. At least you have a computer to reading it right?

Announcement & Update Shooting Schedule of "Chloe"

To all the visitors

The short film “Chloe” is the project with a group of people, who are passionate about filmmaker and acting field. The shooting period might take longer time to complete than what we expect due to the limitation of time, budget, specialist and cast to support the production. At the moment not much information can be announce about the story. Official images of “Chloe” are not going to release soon and prohibited to shown until the shooting and editing work has been done. “Chloe” will be broadcast at youtube on 2009, the release date will be confirm and announce once the film is ready to upload to youtube and the official images will be release before the release date.

To all the cast and crew members

The shooting schedule has been changed because end of the year holiday cast and crew members are unable to do the shooting for some of the day. Be patient people, don’t give up easily, filming is not an easy task as you think, take it as a learning process especially limited budget, we will complete the “first session” of shooting and continue the “second session” of shooting by next year. I know all of the cast and crew members have put a lot of effort and time in “Chloe” project, let’s get it done and do our best.

Thanks for everyone has working the best for the Short Film "Chloe".I think I have to admit that I am overheated and exhausted but I will go back to work tomorrow. I had started edit some of the scenes and sorry to tell you guys, some of the scenes we need to do it all over again and watching back the tape that we had recorded, all of you act pretty well, is just that i had left out some of the scenes due to the tight schedule. I will re-schedule for the un-complete scenes on 21st December 2007 for the retake shot and will update you guys again.

K guys, the schedule remain unchanged on 29th & 30th November 2008 at the moment but we will extend our shooting schedule for another week to do reshoot, to complete to those uncomplete scence and get it done for those left over scenes.

A Documentary Project

Recently, i really feel like doing some documentary work for my own portfolio. This few weeks, my mind keep on coming those idea what Documentary Project that i want to do.

If i am not mistaken, last year 2007 i was thinking to do "Stray Animal" Documentary Project in Brunei. I did do the approach for the "Animal Shelter Team" in Brunei but they didn't reply my email, that's why the project i had put it aside and start my short film "Chloe" Project. If anyone know how can i contact the "Animal Shelter Team", please do tell me more information about this.

"The Old Times of Seria KB Town" is one of the Documentary Project i wanted to do but due to the budget wise and knowledge i can't do it all alone by myself. I think i mention it before at my previous post, looking for volunteers to help up with this project. then this project have to be pending again.

"Graduation" Documentary Project, is one of the possible project that i can do at the moment, will ask yaya whether she can helps me with this or not. I thought i even tell Jayden about this project before. He is interested to do this but still this is just a planning stage and will need time to do this. I guess after the "Chloe" project, the upcoming Project will be the "Graduation" Documentary Project. Maybe i should do it the "Chloe" Project and "Graduation" Documentary Project at the same time because the "Chloe" Project will takes a period of time to complete the shooting, editing and distribution or upload to youtube.

I ever think of shooting the "MV (Music Video)" for my own portfolio too, to able to gain more experience in videography and cinematography. However, shooting "MV (Music Video)" is definitely after the "Chloe" Project and "Graduation" Documentary Project.

Chloe Production Start On 23rd November 2008

Synopsis

The story entails Chloe, a bubbly fourteen year old, a merry and cheerful teenager who is experiencing adolescence. Sze Ting, Chloe’s mother is depicted as a possessive woman. Chloe has a close friend Jess who on the other hand influences a lot and through this blooming friendship, she has picked up quite a lot from life. Chloe’s life works around both her mother and Jess her closest friend indeed. As a result of her mother’s possessive act & her friendship with Jess, she gets a little confused about her life.

Message from Chris Chong, The Director & Producer

Chloe will start shooting on 23rd November 2008 at CCMS Seria for the first session shooting schedule. The second session shooting schedule will be delay until we find the second important cast, anyone who is interested please contact me. Age 27 above, female. It was a tough time, since we decided to do "Chloe" project on March 2008. It was starting from zero to do the script writing, seminar, audition, casting, planning, arranging, preparing and scheduling for the pre-production of the "Chloe" project from March 2008 to November 2008.

I would like to thanks for the crews who had contribute and support for the "Chloe" project even though they don't get any pay of it.

The Old Towns That You Never Seen It Before

Recently, I found a "Seria BRUNEI" group in facebook. What's interested me, it's the old pictures about Seria KB town and these really make me excited seeing those old pictures collection has finally expose to the public.

As the photo show us the lion dance surrounding by crowded people as you hardly see this situation in Seria KB towns nowadays.

Let me tell you guys some history about Seria KB town, according to my dad around year 70s, the population of Seria KB were at least three times more than present year. Is that true? but now why Seria KB people have always called as Ghost Town. Do they know about the past? However the young people nowadays; they never know Seria KB town had their good time and rich economics in the 70ies. Correct me, if i am wrong but you can ask your parents about it.

Cinema was one of the popular entertainment at that time and very good in business too. When came to around year 80s people started to migrate out of Brunei and most of them migrate to Canada. Shenton ever told me, if I still remember he said, most of them lived in Edmonton, is that true?? If it’s true, then you may call “Edmonton” a new Seria KB town in Canada because most of them are from Seria KB.

If one day I become a movie director, I will make a movie story base on the 70s in Seria KB town.

It’s made me, really want to bring it back the time and see how it was look likes. I have see the people in the facebook of "Seria BRUNEI" group keep on commenting the old Seria KB town pictures and now that I had realized a lot of Seria KB people who migrate outside the country or working at oversea missed their hometown so much, especially for those people in their 30ies and 40ies years old. Anyway who don’t right? For those young people like me and teenagers don’t know much about the past of Seria KB town were like. I am curious about it, don’t you curious about this too?

Emmm, I got some idea here. Why not making a documentary about “Seria KB town”, does it sound interesting? Well, I kind of like these idea but I need someone to back me up. Maybe not someone, it’s a group of people to back me this project.

TVB Anniversary Awards 2008

TVB Anniversary Awards 2008 is on this coming Saturday, 15th November. "A Journey Called Life (金石良缘)" had nominated "Best Drama" and "Best Actress in a Leading Role" (Linda Chung - Sze Ka-Ka). As i mention before, i loved this series more than other TVB series and also one of my favorite TVB series of all time. Hopefully, can win over the award home.

If i were the judge, the award i would like to give to,

"Best Actor in a Leading Role" Award (最佳男主角).
Series: Forensic Heroes II (法證先锋II)
Actor: Frankie Lam (林文龍)
Role: Koo Chak-Sam (Sam) (古澤琛)

I personally, hope Frankie Lam will take the award home. He has performance pretty well in the series of "Forensic Heroes II". His acting skill is unique and more mature than other actors, maybe is the character needs, that's why he acted different than other actors do. He has a charm character to make him more in real person than he is an artist.

Congratulation to Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) has nominated as the "Best Actress in a Leading Role" Award (最佳女主角), which compete with Liza Wong (汪明荃), Sonija Kwok (郭羡妮), Nancy Sit (薛家燕), Charmaine Sheh (佘詩曼), Kate Tsui (徐子珊), Louise Li (李司棋), Susanna Kwan (關菊英), Michelle Yim (米雪) and Sheren Tang (鄧萃雯).

As i mention before, i started to like Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) since i had watched the series of "A Journey Called Life (金石良缘)". Since she is 24 year old, she has a lot of things to learn in acting although i am not agree she has the best in acting compare with other nominees but she is a hardworking actress that i could see. She can throw her artist image out and act as other character that she wants and these make me really impress of her work, if you manage to watch the series of "A Journey Called Life (金石良缘)" and "Legend of the Demigods (搜神傳)". Between Linda Chung (鍾嘉欣) acted Sze Ka-Ka (施嘉嘉) very well, she copes the youth style very well, like the way she stands, expression and even the way she talks. Although it's not 100% like a Juvenile but at least i see her hard work, she needs time to mature up her acting, i guess.

Good to see Sunny Chan (陳錦鴻) back to TVB again, he is an experience actors in TVB. Between i like his work in the series of "At the Threshold of an Era (創世紀|).

Dragonball Z: The Movie

I think i mention "Dragonball Z: The Movie" before. At first when i heard James Wong directed (the director of Final Destination) the movie and Stephen Chow is the producer with the hollywood budget around USD 100 million plus, that sound must be a standard and look able movie which can easily to recognize it's a Dragonball Z: The Movie, like how Initial D bring it on the big screen. For my opinion, Intial D: The movie is the most successful comic or animate make it into the big screen. Ok, back to the Dragonball Z: The Movie, the are some snapshots from the trailer. i heard it, it's leak from the hollywood studio. Sigh, nowadays technology is getting advance everything can steal it easily

I like the acting of all those cast; Linda Chung, Sunny Chan & Benny Chan even though the series is like cartoon flying over all the series and make non-sense at all but the story really tells the fantasy world about the devil, god and demigod. It's a good entertaining series but not for the serious type. Again, i think i have to repeat the sub-theme song, sang by Linda Chung - Swear. Such a nice song

2. Wasabi Mon Amour

Wasabi Mon Amour is a underrated TVB series that i will give. i don't get any message from this series at all. The storyline don't attract me at all but only the food and the way they explain how to cook interest me. Underrated.

Yes, good news.

I just make a phone call to the CCMS principal and asked for the final approval shooting at CCMS. He gave us a greenlight.

The Short Film "Chloe" is confirmed and will be shooting on the 23rd November 2008 at CCMS for the first day on set. Every cast and crew members please informed "Amy Liew"(8908103) or me, "Chris Chong"(8656755) if you can't make it on the 23rd November 2008.

The schedule will be confirm for the further notice.

Dragonball Z The Movie

Dragonball Z movie going to release on 13th March 2009, if there's no changes. According to the sources say James Wong directed (the director of Final Destination) the movie and Stephen Chow is the producer. The budget is around USD 100 million plus, this is the normal action budget for hollywood film and i believe THIS IS GOING BE BIG RETURN IN ASIA TERRITORIES. The Dragonball Z story is just the early age of the manga-japanese comic, which is not my time that i started to watch Dragonball Z. The story didn't include Super Seiya, no vegeta, no Son Gohan but it's include Lord Piccolo which fight with Goku. So you can imagine that's the very early age of "Dragonball Z" of the movie. I think "IT'S GONNA BE GOOD BECAUSE I TRUST STEPHEN CHOW AS A PRODUCER". Let wait and see.

A poster for the live action DRAGONBALL Z movie has been unveiled online by the Sankei Shimbun newspaper, and here it is in all its glory: The film stars Justin Chatwin, James Marsters, Ernie Hudson, Park Joon-Hyung and Chow Yun-fat and while its release date has moved more times than a family in the Witness Protection Program, it looks like it's finally going to stick on March 13, 2009. The movie is based on the hit Japanese anime and manga franchise and will chronicle the adventures of Goku (Chatwin) as he attempts to obtain the mystical Dragonballs (hmmm...) before the evil Lord Piccolo (Marsters) gets them.

I started my video edit since i was in Curtin University in miri. it's was in 6 years ago, 2002 and i was 20 year old. The first video that i had completed is the Final Fantasy X and combine with Peggy Hsu - Wedding White.

Actually, i didn't like her before until i watch the TVB series of "A Journey of Life". This TVB series probably is my favorite TVB series of the year. Hope can get any award in HK. I almost cry when i watching the last 4 episodes and the series done well in HK too.

After watching "A Journey of Life", i went to wikipedia website and search for Linda Chung detail. I started kinda like her now and she has a natural beauty looks.

Haha, Linda Chung uses HK MRT, i though an artist doesn't use public transport but i heard from the person who upload this photo from facebook, he or she said Linda Chung wasn't famous at that time. In future, when i go to HK i have no chance to meet. Sigh...

Recently i am watching "Legend of the Demigods", also starring by Linda Chung, Benny Chan Ho Man and Sunny Chan Kam Hung. Linda Chung sang the ending theme song, she has a nice voice, didn't expect she can sings. Watch this video, then you will like her song
